Technical Support Program

Overview

The Technical Support Program (TSP) is a non-enforcement program of the Community Care Licensing Division and provides services and products to help providers meet licensing requirements. *NOTE: In the event of a discrepancy between the English and Spanish versions, the English version shall govern pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 1596.855 (c).

Contact your local regional office to request TSP services. TSP provides group and individual provider training. Below is a list of regional offices by program and contact information.

Review resource guides that aid providers in understanding laws and regulations related to facility operations.

Participate in a webinar on topics of interest to the provider community.
