Information regarding One-time Transitional Subsidy Payments and Monthly Cost of Care Plus Rate Payments is available on the Provider Payments Webpage.
The 2022-23 State Budget authorized:
- Waived family fees until June 30, 2023: CCB 22-14
- Reimbursement Based on Enrollment Rather than Attendance, otherwise referred to as “hold harmless”: CCB 22-19
If you have outstanding concerns or have not received your waiver of family fees or reimbursements based on enrollment, please call your assigned consultant. You can find their contact information on our contact webpage.
To help us research and resolve your matter, please make an inquiry to your assigned consultant by phone or email and provide as much of the following as possible:
- Nature of the concern (i.e., Agency’s noncompliance with family fee waiver, hold harmless, etc.)
- Agency name and county
- Any previous communications with the Agency (when you called, who you spoke to, agency response, etc.)
- Provider contact info (name, phone and/or email)
