Other Services
Outside of the TCVAP there are additional programs and services available to crime survivors through other state agencies, service providers and non-governmental agencies.
California Department of Social Services
- Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) benefits and services to certified victims of human trafficking. Clients who have received a letter of certification from the Office of Refugee Resettlement are eligible for federally funded public social services. These services are equivalent to those received by Refugees through the Refugee Resettlement Program. - CSEC Child Welfare Policy. Operated at the county level, best practices are shared to better serve at-risk and exploited you. More information can be found on the CDSS CSEC website.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) Working With Victims Of Human Trafficking and Other Crimes In California
NGOs are community-based organizations that support victims of human trafficking in California. A list of California agencies identified by the Office of the Attorney General can be found on their human trafficking webpage, “Getting Help for Victims.” In addition to this resource, the Office for Victims of Crime has an additional statewide service provider search list.
