Child Development Program Enrollment Attendance and Fiscal Reporting (CDPR)
CDPR is CDSS' enrollment and fiscal reporting platform for direct-service and support contracts. Those contract include:
- General Child Care and Development Program - (CCTR)
- Child Care and Development Program for Children with Severe Disabilities - (CHAN)
- Migrant Child Care and Development Program - (CMIG)
- Migrant Special Services Program - (CMSS)
- California Resource and Referral Program - (CRRP)
- Child Care Initiative Project - (CCIP)
- Local Child Care and Development Planning Council - (CLPC)
- California Health and Safety Training Activities - (CHST)

Additional Contingency Funding
CAPP contractors that provide reimbursable services beyond their contract MRA may apply for additional funds via the Contingency Funds process, per WIC section 10228.1. These contingency funds are used to cover the actual and allowable costs for additional services. Contingency funds are intended to aid contractors with unforeseen over-enrollment situations.
