The Department of Social Services is currently experiencing an issue that has temporarily delayed the generation and mailing of certain Guardian system notices, including reminders related to Home Care Aide (HCA) renewals. While this matter is being addressed, individuals may not receive their usual mailed notifications. We encourage HCAs to log into their Guardian account to review their renewal date and submit their renewal application as early as possible to avoid delays.
