CACFP Language Needs Survey

The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Language Needs Survey is an anonymous online survey intended for program operators. Your responses will inform the CACFP Branch’s language resources development. This survey is optional and will be available for a two-week period from Sunday, November 1, 2026, to Saturday, November 14, 2026.

Please take a moment to complete this survey by Saturday, November 14, 2026. Click the button below to access the survey. Once you click the button, you will have the option to complete the survey in the following languages: English, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
