CACFP Satisfaction Survey

The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Satisfaction Survey is an anonymous online survey designed to assist in evaluating the CACFP Branch’s ability to provide support and communicate information to CACFP participants in multiple CACFP service areas including the application process, administrative review process, education and training, and much more.

This survey is optional, but we value your insight and would love to hear about your experience with the CACFP Branch. Feedback provided will be used to improve the support available to CACFP participants and enhance training for the CACFP Branch and Operators. Aggregate anonymous survey responses may be shared through trainings, presentations, and reports to CACFP partners.

This survey will be continuously administered and openly available to current and potential CACFP Operators.
