Electronic Visit Verification Training and Webinars

The CDSS Adult Programs Division will be conducting EVV Location Services provider training webinar sessions beginning in April 2023.

These webinars will demonstrate how non-live-in providers can use either the IHSS EVV Mobile App, the current Electronic Services Portal (ESP) website, or the Telephone Timesheet System (TTS) to check-in and check-out at the beginning and end of each workday beginning July 1, 2023. The California IHSS EVV Mobile App will be available in your app store for download on July 1, 2023.

Training webinars will continue throughout the year and the schedule will be updated.

To participate in the webinar, on the day of your choice, click the link listed on the schedule to join the session. Webinar sessions fill up fast, so if you are unable to get into a session please join us another session.
