Child is a CSPP Recipient

The Child is a CSPP Recipient field indicates whether the child, in addition to being enrolled in a CDSS contract, also receives CSPP funding.

Where to Find It

On the CCD 26 Form, look in Section IV: Data on Children.

Rules and Guidelines

• This information field is optional. 
• Only report if the status is known.
• There are three choices:
  • Y (Yes)
  • N (No)
  • Blank – No Response, or Unknown
