Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) Public Portal

NEW CCLD Public Portal

Effective August 17, 2026, the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) launched a NEW CCLD Public Portal that replaced the Administrator Certification Bureau (ACB) Online Application Portal and Vendor Automation Platform.

Note: Existing users should have received instructions before launch regarding access to the CCLD Public Portal, including any required account activation, verification, or sign-in steps.

IMPORTANT:  If you have already mailed your initial or renewal application, DO NOT apply for initial certification or renew your certification in the CCLD Public Portal.  ACB will process your application in the order received according to processing timelines.  Once ACB processes the application you mailed in, it will be recorded in the portal and you will receive an email notification if ACB needs any additional information from you.  If you already mailed in your application and you try to renew in the portal, the system may flag your application as delinquent and apply additional fees.
