CACFP Data Requests

Welcome to the CACFP Data Request Center!

Overview

Here you will find everything you need to make a data request to the CACFP Branch. We aim to respond to all requests in a thorough and timely manner, and to assist you in the process of understanding the data that we can provide you. Please feel free to read through the available data we offer. If you don't see what you are looking for, you may still submit a request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Available Data

Types of data that we can provide:

• Contact information for Program operators and Centers.
• Meals served monthly by Program operators, broken into categories of meal type.
• Reimbursements monthly by Program operators, broken into categories of free, reduced, and paid.
• Number of centers per Program operator, can be broken up by program type (i.e. Childcare center, At-Risk Afterschool, Adult Day Care, etc.).
• Number of Day Care Home Providers per sponsor
• Historical data (i.e., data from past years, data spanning years or months)
• Number of Annual Review Findings by category

Some data reports take longer to compile. Please allow us at least ten days to retrieve your data.

Once you've submitted your data request, a CACFP representative will contact you shortly to clarify what you want and provide an estimated timeline of when you will receive your data.
