California Promise Neighborhoods

Overview

As part of the Governor’s 2022/23 budget, the CDSS will provide $12 million in funding through June 30, 2025, to four promise neighborhoods in California to advance cradle-to-career investments. The mission of the California Promise Neighborhoods is to provide cradle-to-career investments to help families and their children thrive.

• Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood
• Corning Promise Neighborhood (Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians)
• Hayward Promise Neighborhood
• Mission Promise Neighborhood
