CDSS – CDMIS Reporting Schedule

Schedule of required reports due dates, lock dates, and sample dates for current and previous fiscal years.

Report Lock Dates

CDD-801A report periods are locked ninety (90) days after the report due date. This provides agencies additional time to review and update information submitted in the CDD-801A. Once a report period is locked for the CDD-801A, users trying to access data will receive the following message: "The cut-off date for entering CDD-801A data for the selected report month/year has passed. CDD-801A data may no longer be entered for the selected report month/year." Once a report period is locked for the CDD-801B, users trying to access this data will receive the following message: "CDD-801B Input/Edit is not allowed because the selected month has been locked for ACF reporting. (MN40)"

The tables below indicate the CDD-801A and CDD-801B report due dates, lock dates, and sample dates for the indicated fiscal year(s). Please be advised that these dates are subject to change.

Reports with dates that fall on weekends or state-celebrated holidays will be due, locked or sampled on the next business day. Commencing with the October 2024 CDD-801A and SPR Report, and the August 2024 CDD-801B Report submitted in Novemeber 2024 (highlighted below), CDSS contracted agencies will submit their reports in the CDSS – CDMIS. The final day to report monthly data in the California Department of Education’s version of CDMIS for CDSS contract types is October 31, 2024.

Commencing with the October 2024 CDD-801A and SPR Report, and the August 2024 CDD-801B Report submitted in Novemeber 2024 (highlighted below), CDSS contracted agencies will submit their reports in the CDSS – CDMIS. The final day to report monthly data in the California Department of Education’s version of CDMIS for CDSS contract types is October 31, 2024.
