The Lifting Children and Families Out of Poverty Task Force
Assembly Bill 1520 (Chapter 415, Statutes of 2016) directed the California Department of Social Services to convene The Lifting Children and Families Out of Poverty Task Force.
The Task Force issued its final report in November, 2018. This report is intended to be a high-level policy document to inform the next Administration and the Legislature.
