Project Evaluation

The CDSS awarded the contract (Agreement 15-STD-00054) for the Title IV-E Child Welfare Waiver Demonstration Project Evaluation to the National Council on Crime and Delinquency on September 29, 2015.

The evaluation will explore whether and how the Waiver's funding flexibility affects county child welfare and youth probation systems and measure the Demonstration's success in meeting its stated goals and outcomes.

As required by the waiver's federal Terms and Conditions, the evaluation will include three components: a process evaluation, an outcome evaluation and a cost study.
