Section 12.1 Training Requirements 

All CACFP agencies are required to complete training requirements for the program. For information on these training requirements, refer to CDE MB CACFP-03-2019: Training Requirements for the CACFP on the CDE CACFP Bulletin web page . This MB covers the following topics:

  • CDE training for new CACFP agencies
  • CDE training for participating CACFP agencies when adding a new program type
  • CDE annual mandatory training
  • Required CACFP training provided by CACFP agencies
  • Documentation requirements
  • Consequences if training requirements are not met
